The IDA has lost some of its best Irregulars when they decided to try and track down the legendary head of organized crime on the Atlantic rim. (The Far East, of course, belongs to the Ubiquitous Dragon.)Holmes the Old Man, understandably, doesn't want to lose any more if it can be at all helped.

[Adventure!] The Old Man sends a memo to Roland Broomfield advising caution in pursuit of the King of the World, to be supplemented by regular reports.
