Why I may never be able to communicate with my dad, part umpteen in an interminable series

Looking at the Newsweek cover about Oliver Stone's upcoming World Trade Center movie, he (my dad) expressed the hope that this movie succeeds without being as "anti-American" as Stone's other movies, and that Stone "learns a lesson" from this.

I'd ask him that, but I have to live under the same roof with him, and any discussion along those lines can only lead (I'm convinced) to an argument that ends with one of us (probably me) sleeping on the street.
