Today in Trinity Universe history
Dec. 12th, 2003 09:20 amOn this date in 1976, Caroline Fong (Fong Xia-ling) was born in Hong Kong. (Aberrant: Teragen gives her Chinese name simply as "Fong Xia"; I guessed at its other syllable based on the sound of the Anglophone version.) She was a founder member (as she'd probably put it, speaking British English) of the round table set up by Raoul Orzaiz, which has evolved into the Teragen by now.
Through the end of 2004, I intend to continue "Today in Trinity Universe history" as both a recounting of what's happening in "real" time on any given day in the Aberrant Era, and a recap of what happened on that date in earlier years. Thus, even if
supergee hadn't suggested the mood for the day, this post stating that intent would still qualify as an example of it.
I haven't decided yet whether to continue the "history" thing past the point where I'm all caught up (i.e. into 2005 and beyond). If and when I reach such a decision, I'll announce it on this journal. I'm torn between "not repeating myself" and "letting those who come late to the party get the whole picture". What do you think, genties and ladlemen of the audio radiance?
