The snow had begun in the gloaming

...and it's been coming down pretty steadily all morning.

The flakes outside my window as I type this are roughly the size of my pinky. That's the biggest I've ever seen flakes get.

This is a snowstorm that means business. It is, I would go so far as to say, the most business-meaning snowstorm I've seen in the year-and-a-third since we moved to Chambersburg.

Lucky you. Since yesterday the news has been saying we were going t oget 2 inches of snow and a 1/4 inch of ice on tope of that. What we got was just a cold drizzle. :(

Oog. Maybe we're getting your excess? (My parents have noticed that we usually get roughly 25% deeper snow than the weather-watchers promise.) Sorry 'bout the mixup in shipping, man, seriously. Even if it's kharma for the manuscript thing, you're getting overcharged.
