Radocani, a Milosevic wannabe (and a former Communist Party hack under Josip Broz Tito), had been persecuting ethnic Serbs, Albanians, Turks and other non-Macedons in Macedonia since shortly after assuming power by military coup in late 2003. (I haven't been able to find an exact date or I would've included it, either in '03 or '04.)
Serbia and Albania mobilized forces into a low-intensity conflict, but Radocani's forces had sufficiently superior military technology to keep their enemies out. It takes a half-dozen novas from both T2M Europe and Americas to remove him, but they accomplish in a day what Radocani's neighbors couldn't do in more than a year of fighting.
The media provides up-to-the-minute coverage on all major networks. The participating novas are lauded worldwide, and several renegotiate their endorsement contracts to get more favorable terms.
