Neither parent showed up to wait on/in line with me and get Pterry's autograph on stuff. He'll be doing more signing tomorrow, but I have to admit, I share the parental view that getting on the road is probably a more worthwhile endeavor on the larger scale.

And Dad's even blowing off his 5 o'clock panel, the one we were supposed to meet him after to make the pilgrimage to dinner. Obviously, we're all tired. Maybe we all need to stop trying to do real attendance after the Hugos.
