Indeed. My father, closet sci-fi fan that he is, actually called from Illinois to let me know it was on tonight. (I didn't have the heart to tell him I'd seen them already through the magic of teh intarweb. And while I hope he likes it, I fear he's a bit conservative for developments later in the season.)

If I remember the numbers correctly, I already saw it, and while I didn't need emergency pants, my eyes (to quote the immortal S. Morgenstern) did not exactly remain dry.

At a time when I'd no serious expectations of getting to see the episodes any time soon, I read plot summaries, and yeah, your dad is probably not ready for that particular character.
