[Aberrant] Project Utopia opens a special Rashoud facility in Bahrain. This facility is ostensibly designed to assist novas with high levels of quantum buildup, but Utopia is given leeway to confine novas considered in need of therapy by the UN as a whole. The facility's opening is not publicized, nor are the media or public allowed on the facility's grounds, though documentaries of its existence soon flood the OpNet. (Unbeknownst to the world at large, it also serves as the new headquarters of Project Proteus, providing the Babel Dossier with a new home and "volunteering" the tainted novas interned there as test subjects for research on taint cures.)

Admittedly, I haven't seen any Aberrant supplements that have the Babel Dossier already in existence, under that name, at this time, but it makes sense to me that it would be.

It's in the core, I believe. If not the ST version, then the d20 version. It was one of Maggie Mercer's projects, along with Projects Utopia, Pandora, Tantalus, Cyclops and Argonaut. Don't have the book handy, but I believe it's the only thing she retained control of.

I don't remember seeing it mentioned in the ST version, so it must be in the d20 version (making it all the more important for me to get that — good thing I'm going to be coming into sort of an income soon). And Cyclops and Argonaut rated official mentions? Cools!

Yeah, I started figuring out exactly what they do once I saw them in Aberrant d20. I didn't come up with them, alas.

My copy of Aberrant d20 arrived yesterday afternoon (w00t!), and it says the Dossier and Pandora were the things she retained personal control of. (And the mechanics for taint were all I need to start work on the d20 version of Chrysalis, which I shall post to aeonaberrant directly I finish it.)
